Terms of service.

Approved items are only eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to inspection and a re-stocking fee of 30%. Returns of slabs may be done up to 30 days from the invoice date at the discretion of the general manager. Slabs will only be eligible for return if the material is in the same condition as it was when it was received/delivered. Please inspect all material at the time of delivery; cutting and/or modifying.

Please note, a 4% convenience charge will be assessed for all transactions paid with a credit card processed over the phone and/or on the web.

We offer convenient ACH and E-check payment option with no fees.

All past due invoices will be subject to late charges of 1.5% per month. Returned check and ACH payments will incur an additional $35.00 fee. Please make all checks payable to Louisiana Stone, LLC.

Materials can only be placed on hold by an approved and existing fabricator, subject to our strict 30-day hold policy. If a deposit is not received within this timeframe, your hold will be released. At the discretion of the owner, materials in high demand may not be available to be placed on hold.
